She makes a lovely (and flashy!:) dressage mount! Currently she is schooling second level dressage. She has shown through First Level in the past with scores ranging from 63%- 70% (Numerous 1rst, 2nd, and 3rd placings in the Open division at RMDS shows)

Juanita was also shown in Eventing in 2005, winning 2 of the 3 horse trials she competed in and finishing the year by winning the Boulder Valley Eventing Association's Elementary Championship Award.

She also has done several parades, whipcracking demonstrations, ranch horse versatily, reining, costume classes, hunter/jumpers and much more. it is a rare day she comes home with a ribbon less than 1rst, 2nd or 3rd in whatever she does (and that is usally due to Laurie doing something stupid:)

For the last two years Laurie and Juanita (now at the age 21!) have been working wth Manuel Trigo in the French Classical tradition of Lightness. She is also working with Manuel on Spanish Doma Vaquera and starting in the true manner of Spanish garrocha as well as learning the basics of Rejoneo (the art of Spanish Bullfighting)

She and her half-sister PKR Corazon de Oro (Mighty Mouse) were featured in advertising for MD Barns in 2006 in magazines such as Equus, Western Horseman, and Cowboys & Indians

A very versatile gal! (Morgan of course!)
